Track your entire fitness journey and stay motivated with Fitness Habit. Record all types of fitness activities, with an inbuilt GPS, a full gym workout module as well as a handy exercise creation tool that allows you to easily include other fitness activities that are often forgotten in other fitness apps.
Designed with simplicity in mind, Fitness Habit includes everything you need in a fitness app, without being cluttered or difficult to use. We've deliberately avoided including social features that are key to many other fitness apps, and have instead focussed on developing motivational tools like the 'Habit Tracker' calendar and the completely customizable 'Targets' section (which links to a simple to use 'My Progress' graph).
Fitness Habit includes the following features:
-Record walks and runs with the inbuilt GPS (record your distance, average speed, time and estimated calorie burn)
-Set up and record gym workouts
-Record any other fitness activity such as Yoga, Pilates and Swimming (You can create any sort of target you'd like for any type of activity)
-Set fitness targets and graph your progress
-Track your fitness activities in the inbuilt calendar (choose your favorite colors) and click on any date to see a summary of that particular activity
-Choose between metric or imperial displays
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
